Hello fellow San Sebastian owners!  We are Ron Henderson and Erika Wiggins of Chandelle Properties.  More importantly, we have owned a home in San Sebastian for almost 30 years.  We love this neighborhood and look forward to seeing it continue to be a great place to live and own property.

For this reason we have decided to combine our work with our love of the San Sebastian community by sponsoring this website.

Now with rising costs and many owners having a hard time, the association is in need of greater support.  We are proud to be able to help our exceptional neighborhood!
