Hello fellow San Sebastion owners!  We are Ron and Erika Henderson of Chandelle Properties.  More importantly, we have owned a home in San Sebastian for almost 30 years.  We love this neighborhood and look forward to seeing it continue to be a great place to live and own property.

As Realtors, we know the impact of curb appeal on value.  This does not just apply to individual homes but to the entire neighborhood.  It is remarkable that San Sebastian has been maintained so well for over 30 years with a voluntary association!  We have all had a choice to contribute or not and many have done so faithfully for years.
